 opic: Truth of Spiritual Practice

1. Spiritual practice is to know the truth that “I am nothing.” During the practice itself, one can experience nothingness.

2. Enlightenment is the state of nothingness.

3. We worry when something we dislike happens. For example, if our car breaks down, we worry. It is not the incident that makes us worry, but our attachment to it.

4. This attachment or feeling is imaginary.

5. We need an area to create this feeling or imagination. This area is called negativity. It is a platform. If one possesses no negativity, no feelings or imagination can exist.

6. The brain provides information and helps the mind in thinking. The mind makes the brain think.

7. When negativity is dissolved, the brain becomes independent of the mind.

8. Mind + Brain = Consciousness

9. The mind is divided into positive and negative. When the negative mind uses the brain, there will be imagination, but when the positive mind uses the brain, there will be no imagination. When negativity is lost, only truth remains.

10. When the negative mind is dissolved, what remains is the positive mind. This is called the soul. This is what we need to realize.

11. Spiritual practice is to transform the human mind into the Divine. When one becomes Divine, one can experience the condition called bliss.

12. Since we possess negativity, we call positive knowledge Gyana.

13. We possess the surface mind and the subconscious mind. When the surface mind (Ajna chakra to Anahata chakra) is cleansed, one attains the state of Atma or realizes God. When the subconscious mind (Anahata chakra to Muladhara chakra) is cleansed, one can become Chivam.

14. Realizing God is the first step toward becoming Xhivam.

15. Cleansing the subconscious mind is possible only with the help of Chivam’s energy.

16. The uniqueness of the Chivality system is the presence of a living Master. Here, everything is the Master. One has to accept Him wholeheartedly and remember Him constantly. By receiving His energy, one can get rid of negativity.

17. As we make progress, our desires, expectations, and other negative qualities reduce.
