**Abhyasi 1shared:**

1. She is practicing constant remembrance, attending *Chivasanghs*, and doing *silentation* in the mornings and evenings.

2. Her thought levels have reduced, and she is experiencing the state of blankness.

3. Both her financial condition and health have improved.

**Abhyasi 2 shared:**

1. Inner silence must be deepened and expanded.

2. One’s progress in Chivality is reflected in the amount of time spent in silence.

3. The core *sadhana* in Chivality is to remain silent and move towards the state of non-experience.

4. One must realize that we are not merely the body and mind.

5. Mukti comes when the mind becomes empty and free from all content.

6. Silence means going beyond or dissolving the mind.

Chivasangh Observance on Sunday, July 27, 2025 at Mouna Mantapa

The Chivasangh commenced at 9:15 AM with Guru Vandana, Nirvana Shatkam, and the chanting of the sacred Panchashakri Mantra, followed by a period of silentation.

After silentation, our beloved Master entered the Mouna Mantapa, where all the abhyasis reverently offered their namaskars in deep devotion.

A moment of celebration followed, as Abhyasis  marked their birthday by honoring the Master

with devotion and gratitude.

The Master then delivered a discourse, offering insights into the following:

1) Enlightenment is the lightened state of mind mind where you will live with everything but will not take anything seriously. Mukti is complete detachment from worldly life where you experience that you have nothing to do in this world.

2) If one has fear of death, he will not be eligible for Mukti.

3) Enlightenment is for peaceful living, while Mukti is for getting liberated  from the cycle of birth and death. Mukti comes from Jnana  (Wisdom).

4) Practicing Positivity brings enlightenment. Saying “ I am not affected by anything” is positive thinking.

5) Master’s speech and energy are necessary for transformation. knowledge helps understand and prepare for Mukti, while energy received aids in getting a calm mind.

6)  The Master’s work is to give Mukti to eligible Abhyasis who are sincere in attending the Chivasangh regularly and consistent in practice. He wants to give individual attention to Abhyasis.

The Chivasangh concluded with Shantivachana.

Notes 22 July

*Tuesday Chivasangh Observance, July 22, 2025*

The Chivasangh started with Guruvandane followed by Nirvana shatkam , Panchakshari chanting  and silentation.

Afterwards Master spoke about the following.

*Topic: How can I identify myself?*

1. Every practice has a goal, and the goal of our Chivality practice is to realize, “Who am I?”

2. Mukti is attained only when we realize, “Who am I?” To realize the Self, we must let go of all negative qualities held in the mind. These qualities are not our true nature, and they benefit neither ourselves nor society.

3. The purpose of silentation practice is to become a speck (anu), like a grain of sand in the vast ocean. A speck (anu) is silent and makes no noise. To become a speck (anu), we must practice silence.

4. To become a speck (anu), we must first become nirguna by letting go of all negative qualities.

5. We may play many roles in the material world, but a realized guru helps us understand that we are none of these roles.

6. A positive person does not disturb others because they remain undisturbed within.

7. A human being is one who possesses a mind.

8. We must completely empty our mind. Silence has the power to dissolve all negativity.

9. Just as an onion has many layers that we peel away one by one, our mind carries layers of negativities like attachments, identities, impressions, etc. As we remove each of these layers through practice, we eventually discover that nothing remains. This “Nothing” is our true self, free from limitations, identities, and suffering. Realizing this Nothingness is the essence of spiritual practice.

10. Reality is the realization of your true self.

11. Becoming positive is a sign that one is making progress on the path to Mukti.

12. Responsibilities create a weight on the mind, which slows down our progress.

13. Responsibilities themselves are not a problem, but worrying about unfulfilled responsibilities is. This worry creates a weight on the mind. These impressions then turn into karmaphala.

14. We take birth to get rid of our karmaphala by undergoing suffering. However, if we react while experiencing these sufferings, we create more karmaphala instead of reducing it.

15. Do your responsibilities without worrying about what remains unfinished.

16. Today, we may perform many roles and identify ourselves with them, but we need to realize that we are not any of these roles. While performing any role, there should be no pain in the mind. "You're not the thing that receives any pain since you are NOTHING."

The Chivasangh concluded with Shanthi Vanchana, followed by the distribution of Prasada to everyone.

Notes 20 July

*Chivasangh Observance on Sunday, July 20, 2025 at Mouna Mantapa*

The Chivasangh session held on Sunday, July 20, 2025, commenced at 9:30 AM with Guru Vandana, Nirvana Shatakam, and the chanting of the sacred Panchashakri Mantra, followed by a period of silentation.

After silentation, our beloved Master entered the Mouna Mantapa, where all the abhyasis reverently offered their namaskars in deep devotion.

A moment of celebration followed, as Abhyasis  marked their birthday by honoring the Master with devotion and gratitude.

The Master then delivered a discourse, offering insights into the following:

*Topic: Understanding the Connection Between Anda (Brahman) and Pinda (What Is Within You)*

1. *Stages of Spiritual Evolution*

In the vastness of space, countless galaxies exist, and among them is the Milky Way Galaxy, the galaxy we inhabit. Brahmam (galaxy) serves as the foundation for all creation and is so named because of its vastness (Brahmanda). Within this Brahmam lies the Earth, which is formed from the five elements, and human beings, who are also composed of these five elements, live here. Surrounding the Earth is a magnetic field that protects the planet and prevents things from escaping into space.

2. *Outside:*

1. Space/Chivam

2. Brahmam

3. Magnetic Field (from which the human mind/causal body is derived)

4. Earth and physical body

3. *Within our body:*

1. Physical body

2. Causal body/ Human mind

3. Brahmam

4. Chivam

4. Negative’ means accepting what happens outside.

5. The causal body is more reactive because it possesses negativity.

6. There is a point in Chivam that is you. But today, we are in the physical body.

7. How do we know that we are identified with the physical body? We know this when we are affected by others’ comments about our appearance or when we are overly concerned about our looks.

8. How do we know that we are staying in the mind (causal body)? We know this when we are affected by external things (things outside of us).

9. How do we know that we are staying in Brahmam? We know this when our reactions have reduced, our tolerance has improved, and we no longer worry about external things or our appearance.

10. We must maintain a healthy body and a healthy mind.

11. Physical body: It is completely negative because it is prone to diseases. We leave this body behind when we die. Causal body: It is both positive and negative. Brahmam: It is highly positive with very little negativity.

12. The mind is a container that holds fear, anxiety, sorrow, worries, and other negative qualities. When one becomes free from the mind, all these negativities fall away. Reactions cease, perception changes.

13. Good qualities are not mandatory, but one should be free from bad qualities.

14. No qualities can help one attain mukti. However, good qualities are not a hindrance, whereas bad qualities are.

15. As we move towards Brahmam, our perceptions shift in a positive way, and our bad qualities gradually diminish. This is the measure by which we can track our spiritual progress.

16. When you progress spiritually, you will no longer interfere in the work of others. You will give others freedom, as you will be free from unnecessary thoughts and suspicions. You will experience a bliss that comes from positivity.

17. A sadhu is someone who remains calm and does not react. God protects such individuals (‘paritranaya sadhunam’). We need to strive to become sadhus.

18. Patience is the condition of Chivam, as Chivam is always in nemmadhi. Chivam does not require tolerance because there is no reaction. Tolerance is the condition of Brahmam. (Tolerance is positive as far as reaction is concerned). and Intolerance/ reacting is the condition of a human being.

19. As one progresses, tolerance increases and suffering reduces.

20. One needs to keep transforming until one attains the condition of Chivam.

21. Spirituality is the process of becoming a spirit. The spirit is non-reactive, and it is called ‘nothing.’

22. We possess both positive and negative qualities within us. We must empower the positive side.

23. As we progress, we transform from negative to positive, which is reflected in a reduction of our reactiveness. Gradually, we move from reactiveness/ intolerance to tolerance, then from tolerance to patience, and finally to complete patience.

24. The mind has duality; it doesn’t allow us to make correct decisions because it contains likes, dislikes, feelings, emotions, and so on. We must rely on our intellect, which always tells the truth. Intellect is the Parabrahma.

25. One’s spiritual progress doesn’t depend on the number of years of practice, but on the craving and quest to practice and transform.

26. To track your progress, keep a daily journal. Record instances where you reacted and moments when you were tolerant. Periodically review your entries to assess your growth and improvements.

The Chivasangh concluded with Shanthivachana.

Thank you

Article 18 July

Friday Spiritual Msg No:08

Dear Abhyasis,

"Idannamama" is a Sanskrit word meaning that nothing in this world belongs to me - everything belongs to God.

From childhood, elders tell children "this book is yours, this toy is yours, this cloth is yours." This grows into pride and strengthens the feeling that everything belongs to me. But how true is this? We need to understand this.

When we come into this world, we bring nothing. When we leave, we can take nothing with us. So what is really "mine" here? It's just a feeling.

We can only understand this truth under the guidance of a capable teacher. Does this mean I cannot use anything if nothing is mine? Of course I can use things. You can use everything with the understanding that all belongs to God, not to me.

When traveling by bus, the seat becomes "mine" - given for my use. But when I get off the bus, the seat is given to someone else. This shows that what's "mine" is never permanent. After my journey, that object becomes someone else's.

I should try to adopt this understanding while I'm still alive, before leaving this world. Then there will be no attachment to any object, matter, or relationships. There will be no pain when leaving them behind. Wise people have explained this truth as "Idannamama" - "this is not mine."

*Mane Mane Panchakshari Observance on Thursday, July 17, 2025*

The program began at 11:00 AM with Guru Vandane and Nirvana Shatkam, followed by the chanting of the sacred Panchakshari. Followed by a period of silentation. After silentation, all the participants reverently offered their namaskars in deep devotion.

Afterwards, *Master spoke about the following:*

- There are four categories of people:

1. Bhogi: Extremely wealthy individuals who remain unbothered by gains or losses since they have the means to acquire whatever they desire. They live happily due to the abundance of wealth they possess and enjoy whatever they wish.

2. Yogi: Individuals who do not own anything and are content within themselves.

3. Jogi: This is an intermediate category between a bhogi and a yogi. Such a person remains peaceful, unaffected by gains or losses, and lives without disturbance, whether something comes to them or leaves them.

4. Rogi: Individuals who carry many desires and expectations but are unable to fulfill them. They accumulate karmaphala by constantly worrying (forcibly thinking) about their unfulfilled aspirations, which causes them suffering, hence the term 'rogi.'

- In Chivality practice, the goal is to attain the state of a Jogi, remaining in this materialistic world like a drop of water on a lotus leaf.

- Everything exists within Space (Chivam), yet Chivam is found only in emptiness, not within materials. In silence, with the support of the Master’s energy, the mind is gradually cleansed, emptying everything in the mind. In this state of inner emptiness, Chivam resides.

- For such a person, needs become minimal, leading to the state of “I don’t need anything.” This condition is called mukti.

- A bhogi will suffer after death because his happiness depended on the wealth he possessed. Once he dies, he can no longer use material possessions, and he will be in a hurry to take birth again, unable to let go of what he had.

- One can enjoy anything in this world, but should forget it at the time of death. The present impressions will be converted into negativity at the time of death. This will combine with previous negativity and cause suffering. This is called sanchita papa.

- Hara means “one who destroys.” The energy of Shiva destroys negativity; hence, he is called "Sanchitha Papa Vinashaka Lingam." One should ask Shiva only for mukti and nothing else.

- As negativity (the weight of the mind) reduces, it will reflect in one’s thinking, communication, and behavior. The mind starts becoming light and gradually becomes enlightened. The process of transformation is the process of becoming divine.

- As one gradually progresses, memories begin to fade. When you don’t remember, you experience lightness.

- The path to Mukti is narrow, and to pass through it, the mind must become as subtle as a speck (anu). As one practices silentation consistently, desires, expectations, anxieties, and fears gradually decrease, indicating progress on the path.

- One can work to change things, but should not expect that things will happen as desired. Being spiritually positive means remaining unaffected by anything. Positive and negative are within oneself: when one is disturbed, one is negative; when one is undisturbed, one is positive.

- Both positive and negative are present within oneself, and one can be drawn toward either. It depends on the individual. Following the positive path leads to mukti, while the negative path leads to disaster. Everything depends on how the mind transforms.

- In mythological stories, Shiva kills demons (rakshasas), which represents his power to destroy the negativity within us (rakshasatana).

- If the Reserve Bank has money, it is useful to me only when I have that money with me. Similarly, God is helpful only when God is within me. When God is inside, He protects and helps.

- God protects a sadhu (“Paritranaya Sadhunam”). A sadhu is one who does not react.

- One should strengthen the positivity within, while worrying will weaken the power of Chivam energy inside.

- Idam na mama is gyana (wisdom). It means surrendering back to God what we thought belonged to us. I once believed these things were mine, but now I understand they do not belong to me, because if they truly did, I would be able to carry them with me after death.

- Upon surrendering everything to God, the last thing to surrender is the mind. Surrendering the mind is the final act of surrender.

- While one can utilize everything, the feeling of “mine” should be destroyed. Only a gyani can teach this.

- Kadavul (God) is silence. Silence is eternal. It is the same and singular for everyone, whereas sound has many variations.

- Positive and negative are within us, whereas good and bad, right and wrong are outside.

- Positive and negative depend on perception; they vary from person to person.

- If you find something beautiful, then there is an opposite—ugly. This duality decreases as we progress.

- One must become God by cleansing the mind in order to truly claim, “I am a child of God.”

The program concluded with Shanthi Vanchana, followed by a wholesome and satisfying leaf lunch.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to   Sripriya, Ramji, Sundararaman, Maheshwari, Hariharan, kowsalya and Guruji for their warm hospitality and for graciously hosting this meaningful gathering.

 *NAMACHIVAAYAM* 🌙

Chivasangh Observance on *Tuesday, July 15, 2025*

The Chivasangh started with Guruvandane  followed by Nirvana shatkam , Panchakshari chanting  and silentation.

Afterwards Master spoke  about the following.

1. The purpose of practicing silentation is to eliminate negativity /karmaphala. Karmaphala is the cause of negative qualities such as fear, anxiety, and sorrow, etc. As karmaphala reduces through the practice of silentation, these negative qualities also diminish.

2. We have taken birth in this world to undergo suffering. As long as negativity/karmaphala remains within us, we will continue to take birth.

3. It is this karmaphala (negativity) that compels us to act in the materialistic world. Now, imagine what happens when we die but our karmaphala is still not fully destroyed. Even if we wish to do something, we will be unable to act because we no longer have a physical body.

4. We must lose the mind, or Karana Sharira (causal body), before we die.

5. Karana Sharira (causal body) is a storehouse of fear, anxiety, sorrow, emotions, feelings, etc. We have taken birth to undergo this suffering, and this is our punishment.

6. By practicing Silentation consistently, you will gradually be protected from this punishment, as negativity within you begins to decrease.

7. Difficulties are inevitable, and everyone has to face them. It is our attitude toward these difficulties that determines whether we are positive or not. A positive person does not fear challenges.

8. When we do something and feel disturbed, it means we are acting out of force or compulsion. Such actions create karmaphala.

9. The less karma one performs, the less karmaphala will be created.

10. We should spend more time in Silentation, as we have already accumulated a lot of negativity from previous births.

11. How do we know we are making progress on the mukti marga? A reduction in fear, anxiety, sorrow, etc., is an indication.

12. Some negativities manifest in the body as diseases. When negativity in the mind is cleared first, the diseases in the body will gradually clear as well.

13. Silence is sharp and has the power to destroy karmaphala.

14. Karmaphala is created when we worry about the things we were unable to do. These worries leave impressions in the mind, which are then converted into negativity.

15. The impressions formed in the present birth will be converted into negativity at the time of death, and this negativity will prompt us to take a new birth.

16. We should avoid creating new impressions while also practicing diligently to get rid of the negativity accumulated from previous births.

17. Karmaphala is created when we are affected by the results of our actions.

18. As karmaphala decreases, the intellect functions with greater clarity and efficiency.

19. Thinking is a kriya, an action. Thinking, in itself, does not create karmaphala. However, thinking about unfulfilled desires and incomplete tasks does lead to the creation of karmaphala.

20. Perform your actions (kriya) without worrying about the outcomes, as this will prevent the creation of further impressions. At the same time, practice Silentation regularly to reduce the karmaphala that has already accumulated in the mind.

21. The mind is a layer that holds impressions. By emptying and vacuumizing the mind, we stop creating new karmaphala. This is how we begin the transformation from human to divine.

22. Practice tip: Try to finish all your work quickly, then sit for Silentation. Even while working, take a 5-minute break every 30 minutes to sit in silence.

Prasada was distributed to everyone.

*Chivasangh Observance on Sunday, July 13, 2025 at Mouna Mantapa*

The Chivasangh session held on Sunday, July 13, 2025, commenced at 9:30 AM with Guru Vandana, Nirvana Shatakam, and the chanting of the sacred Panchashakri Mantra, followed by a period of silentation.

1. Thinking about unfulfilled desires, expectations, and disappointments generates karmaphala, which in turn leads to suffering.

2. Why should I suffer? Just as we naturally feel physical pain when someone hits us, we think that suffering is inevitable. But it is not.

3. Where does suffering arise from? It arises from our karmaphala. As karmaphala reduces, our suffering also reduces.

4. When our karmaphala reduces, the disturbances in our mind also reduce, allowing us to live peacefully.

5. Karmaphala is the cause of both happiness and sorrow. When one is freed from karmaphala, one no longer experiences happiness and sorrow and unaffected by external circumstances.

6. We have taken birth due to karmaphala. To attain mukti, one must become completely free from karmaphala.

7. How is karmaphala created? When an action is done forcibly or under compulsion, it generates karmaphala.

8. Regretting not doing a task and continuously thinking about it generate karmaphala.

9. If you wish to do something, do it. If you cannot do it, leave it and don’t worry. Likewise, if you don’t wish to do something, simply don’t do it.

10. When karmaphala reduces, our perception shifts positively. This shift is a sign that karmaphala is decreasing.

11. Forcibly thinking about unfulfilled things creates impressions. These impressions later turn into karmaphala.

12. When karmaphala is destroyed, the memory of the incident is forgotten. At the time of death, if all karmaphala is erased, mukti can be attained.

13. Difficulties arise when work is not done correctly, but they should not turn into suffering. Difficulties are inevitable, but suffering is optional.

14. Difficulties depend on circumstances. If you don’t think about them, you won’t create karmaphala.

15. During times of suffering, avoid blaming the cause, as this helps reduce karmaphala. Don’t keep thinking about it; instead, tolerate it and let it pass.

16. When Chivam energy is available within you, there will be no suffering."*Shiva Shiva endare suffering illa*"

The Chivasangh concluded with Shanthivachana.

*Manemane Panchakshari 10th July 2025*

The program began at 11:00 AM with Guru Vandane and Nirvana Shatkam, followed by the chanting of the sacred Panchakshari.

Please find below the notes done based on our understanding of Master's discourse at  chivasangh.

1) Gurupurnima is done for the Guru who has attained the purnatva. On this day the Adi guru Dakshina murthy attained purnatva.

2) The guru who as attained purnatva can give liberation  to qualified aspirants.

3) If one gets a question that

Why am I living? then this is the last qualification for mukti.

4) After birth one forgets the incidents of the past janma. This is because,  if one remembers his previous birth he cannot work towards liberation and cannot start a fresh life.

5) We are taking rebirth because of Karmaphala. If one doesn't feel for happiness and sorrow then there is no rebirth.

6) If things happen as per the expectations then one gets happiness. Whereas peace is a condition where there is no dependency of external incidents /circumstances.

7) If one connects to incidents /circumstances then happiness or sorrow is created. Depending on circumstances it can  increase the extent of happiness or sorrow.

8) Empty mind  will not receive any vibrations. I am that emptiness. This emptiness should become permanent.

Purnatva is emptiness. If Shiva's energy comes to purnatva, it becomes paripurna (salvation) .

Mukti is salvation .

Moksha  is liberation

9) If one perceives happiness and sorrow as same he is liberated.

10) Shiva's energy will occupy the empty mind and nothing other than Shiva's energy will stay.

11) Shiva's work is to make the mind empty. He will not see if one is good or bad person.

12) Tapas is done to create Taapa.

13) There is a custom that if one visits kashi he should leave the

Liked things.

*Manemane Panchakshari 3rd July 2025*

The program began at 11:00 AM with Guru Vandane and Nirvana Shatkam, followed by the chanting of the sacred Panchakshari.

During the chivasangh,  Shobha welcomed  and thanked   everyone  for participating.

The Master's Sunday speech (29th June)  summary as given below was read by Abhyasis and participants had a discussion.

1) Everyone knows the value of money. One needs to know the value of Mukti. The condition of mukti will give freedom from everything. If negativity is removed, then one achieves Mukti from bandhana and consequently no suffering.

2) One should understand the purpose of human life is to work towards not taking birth again.

3) Try to perceive punishments positively.

4) Difference between fruits (karma phala) and results (Kriya phala). Result is the materalistic outcome where as fruit is what is taken inside the mind. As long as one has the mind, one will receive the karmaphala. When all the karmaphalas are relived, one gets mukti.

5) Karmaphala occurs in the mind in various forms, from dust to rock.

6) In divine condition one can understand what is sukha and dukha but will not experience.

7) One should try to be positive always which helps in achieving mukti. Positivity is like wearing gloves. When one wears gloves and works, then the gloves becomes dirty , but the hands will be clean. Positivity will form a barrier between you and the negativity. Agnana is one form of negativity.

8) One should do work thinking that it is Masters work. So the fruit of the work will not affect you.

9) Mind is related to Brahman. Intellect is related to Parabrahman.

10) Atman is beyond time.

11) Positive mind is Jnanendriya. Jnana is based on Truth.

12) One must try to keep his mind silent as much as possible. One must try to keep quiet till all the negativity is destroyed. Once the negativity is removed, then Chivam takes care of one’s life.
