Notes 31-July

 *NAMACHIVAAYAM*🌙

**Manemane Panchakshari Observance**

·         Date: – 31st July 2025, Thursday

·         Number of Attendees: 23 (16 Abhyasis +7 Non Abhyasis)

The program began at 11:00 AM with *Guru Vandane* and *Nirvana Shatkam*, followed by the chanting of the sacred *Panchakshari*.

During the session, Abhyasis shared their thoughts on the purpose and benefits of Chivality practice.

**Abhyasi 1shared:**

1. She is practicing constant remembrance, attending *Chivasanghs*, and doing *silentation* in the mornings and evenings.

2. Her thought levels have reduced, and she is experiencing the state of blankness.

3. Both her financial condition and health have improved.

**Abhyasi 2 shared:**

1. Inner silence must be deepened and expanded.

2. One’s progress in Chivality is reflected in the amount of time spent in silence.

3. The core *sadhana* in Chivality is to remain silent and move towards the state of non-experience.

4. One must realize that we are not merely the body and mind.

5. Mukti comes when the mind becomes empty and free from all content.

6. Silence means going beyond or dissolving the mind.

7. The Master's energy supports Abhyasis in maintaining inner silence.

8. If one seeks energy, one needs the Master; if one seeks the Master, one must attend *Chivasanghs*.

**Abhyasi 3 shared:**

1. Continuous worrying creates impressions that settle in the subconscious mind.

2. *Chivam* energy helps in dissolving these impressions.

3. Human birth is sacred because only humans can transform by clearing the impressions.

4. One must strive to attain the state of *Jivanmukti*—liberation while living.

**Abhyasi 4 shared:**

1. One must practice *Sadhana Traya*— *Silentation*, *Smarane* (remembering the Master), and participation in *Chivasanghs*.

2. Self-effort in *sadhana* is essential; only then , there will be Master’s help.

The program concluded with *Shanthi Vanchana*, followed by a wholesome and satisfying lunch.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the host  and her family for their warm hospitality and for graciously hosting this meaningful gathering.

Above all, we offer our humble *pranams* and deepest gratitude to our beloved Master, whose guidance, grace, and presence continue to inspire and uplift us on this spiritual path.

At this juncture, we feel this is a wonderful opportunity for every Abhyasi to conduct *Manemane Panchakshari* at least twice a year.

With love,
