work as if it is the Master’s work.

One must follow whatever the
Master instructs.

Practice silence by minimizing
the use of senses and the brain.

There are two types of energy:
mind energy (linked to emotions and analysis) and brain energy (used to receive
information).

With tapas, the power of
thoughts diminishes.

Do not give value to thoughts;
focusing on them empowers them. Instead, think of the Master.

Jiva Shakti is the power that
enables action where as the energy helps in silencing the mind.

When the mind becomes empty of
everything, one becomes Shiva—where there is no experience.
