Notes 23 Oct

During the session, *Abhyasi 1* spoke about the following:

1. Abhyasi 1 expressed that after joining *Chivality*, her life has changed positively — she now leads a normal life with reduced anxiety, thanks to Master’s guidance.

2. Her perception and reactions have transformed. Earlier, if someone scolded her, she would hold onto it for weeks or months and avoid them. Now, she easily lets go and interacts with them normally.

3. For taking care of her children, she mentally surrenders to Master and finds that help (like getting maids) comes easily.

4. Earlier, Master emphasized being positive and peaceful. Now, she feels the focus has deepened — towards achieving *mukti*.

5. Master’s guidance is profound — unlike the general advice from parents, He provides in-depth spiritual direction.

6. Abhyasi 1 also shared highlights from Master’s *Chivasangh* speech on **15 June 2025**:

1.      When we come to *Mouna Mantapa*, we must forget the world.

2.      To prepare for death, one should not fear it — *Chivam* is connected with death.

3.      We must remain positive and unaffected by external situations.

4.      One must be able to perceive aloneness at the time of death.

5.      *Bhagavanta* is detached from everything; those who experience true aloneness at death attain *mukti*.

6.      Just as a bus seat is temporary, life’s journey too is not permanent.

7.      We are here only to spend time in this world.

8.      Today’s world is becoming increasingly negative — one should develop *mumukshatva* (desire for liberation), consider this as the last *janma*, and prepare for a peaceful death.

*Abhyasi 2 shared the following.

        1. Abhyasi 2 feels that the four sittings per day has helped to built continuity in sadhana.

        2. His remembrance of Master has deepened — he chants *Nama Chivaaya* even while travelling, walking, or being with his children.

        3. He feels deep reverence for Master for His guidance and concern for others.

       4. According to Abhyasi 2, one should simply focus on sincere practice — remembrance, chanting, and silentation — and positive transformation will happen naturally.

        5. He has been completely **vegetarian for the past four months**.

        6. Abhyasi 2 mentioned that even his children are getting influenced by Master’s teachings — when he reprimands his son , he later tells him to forget the past, thus nurturing transformation at home.
