1. One
should know the answer to these questions- Why we joined together? What is our purpose??
2. Our group looks like 'Cult' where we have a
specific goal that not everyone agrees with. The focus is to think and act
differently inside, even if outwardly life looks ordinary.
3. When a problem arises, Many people turn to
God or religious places for solutions, but this practice make us face it directly rather than seeking external
help.
4. The question arises: why don’t we go to God
when others do ??
Since God is not outside we believe solutions
do not come from God, solutions arise naturally and we have to accept it as it
is.
5. Solutions arise on their own, and one must learn
to accept reality as it is.
6. Karma
phala does not give solutions but only creates thoughts like why, how, where,
when.
7. Karma phala belongs only to the mind, it
does not operate in the material world, it stays within the mind and cannot go
beyond it.
8. God and karma phala are within, not outside,
developing the “God within” reduces and dissolves the effects of karma phala.
9. Karma phala causes fear, anxiety, sorrow,
suffering, and attachment, so to remain unaffected by it, one must expand and
strengthen the inner “God”
10. The inner God expands through silence,
since God is silent, if we also remain inwardly silent, the God within grows
and begins to dissolve negative karma phala.
11. Problems exist for everyone, but the
difference lies in perception and how the mind interprets situations.
12. Karma phala is created by our reactions to
situations, not by the situations themselves
13. Karma phala tries to control and direct our
actions, but even when it influences us, we have to tolerate rather than suffer
mentally.
14. The inner God supports positive thinking,
and the highest form of positivity in this path is tolerance.
15. Tolerance is preferred over love, because
love is an emotion, while tolerance is a stable inner quality that strengthens
the mind
16. This practice is different because we are
prepared to face and endure suffering, developing tolerance and avoiding
reactive behavior.
